www.LLIS.gov: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security offers this website designed for Lessons Learned Information Sharing. It contains a library of homeland security information, lessons learned, after action report and emergency operations plans. It also offers message boards, secure email, a member directory and information on the latest homeland security topics. You must register to access documents. Registration is automatic for those with email addresses ending in .gov. Others must have permission from a member.
